These coins can only be found in the Royal Mint annual Brilliant Uncirculated and Proof sets.

No 10p coins were issued for circulation from 1982 until 1992 when the 10p coin was reduced in size, this was due to the fact that pre-decimal florins were still circulating as part of the decimalisation process having a value of 10p. Florins were finally demonetised in 1993 alongside this larger 10p issue type.
