Reverse, the Algerian telecommunications satellite ALCOMSAT-1 is shown in orbit above the Earth, in which we see Africa where the part corresponding to Algeria stands out with greater relief. Europe, a part of Asia, and a small portion of South America also appear. On the right-hand side, in numbers, the date of issue according to Berber, Gregorian and Muslim calendars. The outer ring of the coin shows 10 stars at the top and another 10 at the bottom, separated by two Bank of Algeria logos.
