Comments

There is certain variations in Cyprus Victoria bronze coins. For coins minted in 1881 and 1882 there are variations 1881H and 1882H. A small H above the date indicates that those coins was struck at the mint of Ralph Heaton and Sons, Birmingham, England (now The Mint, Birmingham, Ltd.)

Other variations are

¼ Piastre - Victoria KM# 1

1887 variation: There are two varieties of this coin: a) with date 5.5 mm in length and b) with date 6 mm in length.

1900 and 1901: The size of this coins is reduced to 21 mm but the weight remains the same.

Metal composition: 95% - copper, 4% - tin, 1% - zinc
