Narrow screw thread

Comments

The lines on the edge are actually a very narrow screw thread, as the two holes in the obverse were used as a sort of "screw head" that a special key could fit into to turn the token and screw it into and out of a threaded hole in a Veeder pump - these were actually used as plugs.
