Translation:
Al-Sultan al-Malik al-Mansur
Ali:
"The Sultan, the victorious ruler Ali [II]".

Reverse

Between two circles, an inscription indicating the name of the workshop followed by the date in full letter; in the center a fleur-de-lis, outside a grènetis.

Unabridged legend: Duriba bi Dimashq sanat ihda (a) / ithnatain (b) / thelath (c) wa themanin wa seb 'mi'at:

Translation: Struck in Damascus in the year seven hundred and eighty-one [of the Hegira].
