Inspired by the 1806 commemorative medal created to celebrate Napoleon's victory at Austerlitz. The central motif includes a winged scepter surmounted by a statuette of Charlemagne and accompanied by symbols of power. This iconography recalls the imperial imagery associated with Napoleon I.
