Seated Liberty on left holding a plaque in right hand and an olive branch in left hand. At centre, an eagle with a snake in it's beak perched on a nopal cactus in lake Texcoco. In the background, two volcanos, Popocatepetl and Ixtaccihuatl.
Issuer name on top, face value in letters over number, on all four corners; in number over "$" symbol on right center.
Black series one letter on top left and right; red serial #s, six digits on top right and lower left. Issuing location and date on top, below issuer. Two black signatures with titles above, on lower left and right.Printer name on bottom.
