بسم الله صرب هذا الدرهم بصنعا سنة مائتين

Translation:
There is no god but God alone, He has no associate
In the name of God, this dirham struck in Ṣan‘ā (in) the year 200

Script: Arabic

Lettering:
جاء / محمد رسول / الله
محمد رسول الله ارسله بالهدى و دين الحق ليظهره علي الدين كله و لو كره المشركون

Translation:
He came, Muḥammad is the messenger of God
Muḥammad is the messenger of God, He sent him with guidance and the true religion, that he may overcome all religion(s), even if the polytheists hate it
