In upper semicircle, on the collar, seven five-pointed stars.
In the excercise, two torches intertwined in the hilt, surmounted by two branches of laurel, equally intertwined.
Above the branch splice, numeral ٣.
A little above the center of the piece, the image of Toughra.
To the right of Toughra, a "Reshat."

Starting at the exergence, a laurel wreath that wraps almost the entirety of the rim.
Between the top tips of the laurel wreath, a five-pointed star.
